Computing may have come a long way in the last four decades but a lot of these games wouldn’t look out of place on a Sinclair Spectrum. I appreciate that these game developers don’t have the same budget as the big name developers but surely they can do better than this. Most of these games look as if they were put together by somebody in rush during their toilet break.
The thing that annoys me the most about a lot of these rubbish games online is that the developers put so much effort into making them sound interesting. They will usually have a fantastic graphics image and text that describes something truly remarkable. However I am often left completely disappointed when I realise that the game is nothing like what has been described. It is hard not to feel a bit cheated but it isn’t like you can complain about free games. Unless we send the website a bill for our wasted bandwidth.
